The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating significant volume of quality sales qualified leads (SQL’s) for REG (UK) Ltd across industry verticals in line with company strategy. Following an outlined sales process, the SDR will fully research prospective leads, maintain CRM and supporting records then contact the prospect via telephone and email campaigns. Once contact is achieved the SDR will pre-screen the prospects, ensure they understand our products and services and arrange a meeting for a Sales Manager to attend. The SDR will ensure all SQL’s are seamlessly transferred across to the Sales Manager for closing.
Skills and Experience
Salary: Salary within role band with uncapped SQL commission
Pension: You will be eligible to participate in the REG workplace pension NEST auto enrolment scheme
Life Cover: 4 x Annual Salary subject to acceptance and scheme terms and conditions

Notice: 30 days upon successful completion of any probation period
Holidays: 25 days holiday each year, plus Bank Holidays
